The automation objects are stations, sections of railroads, which are equipped with power interlocking systems, automatic block systems, power supply and communication devices and etc.

The Microprocessor supervisory control system is providing at remote distance from one automatized dispatcher working place with the following:

• Simultaneous control of large number of signaling, centralization and blocking devices work, which are sistuated at extensions of many kilometers;
• Information transmission to maintenance staff at real time scale;
• Protocol recording of device functioning and staff actions (“black box”);
• Train situation representation;
• Message receiving from a computing center;
• Accepting of messages and information exchange with railroad computer center;
• Identification of active objects and its tracking within the controlled section or junction;
• Running of traffic schedule fulfillment;
• Automatic voice notification for the staff working on tracks through the railroad notification systems;
• Automatic notification of passengers on train arrival, proceeding and departure at the zone of passenger platforms;
• Registration of telephone and radio communications with the possibility of record listening for one month and more.

Implementation of Microprocessor supervisory control allows to increase the security of traffic due to:

• Steadily control over the sate of signaling, interlocking and blocking devices and over actions of assistant station-master;
• Definition of pre-failor states of devices, malfunctions in its operation and immediate notifying of maintenance personnel about it;
• Intensive control (with small period of time) over the state of the most crucial (or any selected) units and elements of signaling, interlocking and blocking system devices;
• Analysis of irregular situations (the process of its appearance) based on the data from the “Black box”.
